These terms govern use of Baza, a service of Vano Inc.. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.
The service
Baza lets you create an AI assistant that answers your customers using information you provide, through a shareable chat page and a website widget. Answers are generated automatically; you are responsible for the accuracy of the knowledge you add and for reviewing conversations.
Acceptable use
You may not use Baza for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive practices, or content that is illegal or infringes others’ rights.
Plans and payment
Every new account includes the one-time allowance of free AI replies shown on the pricing page; it does not renew. Beyond it, each AI reply is charged at the per-reply price shown there and deducted from a prepaid credit balance. Credits are bought in advance by mobile money or bank transfer, are added manually after payment, do not expire, and are not refundable except where the law requires. When the free allowance and the credits are both used up, the assistant pauses until a top-up. The Pro plan is a flat fee billed in advance and activated manually after payment; its features are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice. When a Pro plan expires, the account returns to Free features; credits are unaffected.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from assistant replies, downtime or outages at the providers we rely on (including Anthropic and OpenAI).
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
